Required Documents:
- A completed online application form and application fee paid in full.
- A copy of your healthcare provider level CPR card.
- A copy of your DC license.
- The transcript record of the qualifying post-graduate training. Transcripts must come directly from the issuing college or certifying body to the ACBSP™ national office.
Exam application documents will be due Monday, 8/25/2025
Please ensure you sign up for the right exam/stations as we will not offer refunds for selecting the wrong exam. If you need assistance from the national office, please email [email protected].
Refund Policy: Individuals requesting a refund prior to September 8th will receive a 50 percent refund of the total fee amount minus a $50 non-refundable fee. We will not give refunds for cancellations after September 8, 2025.

DACBSP Initial Exam: $700
DACBSP Retake Exam – Candidates that failed 4 or more stations: $700
DACBSP Retake Exam- Candidates that attempted the initial exam after 10/7/23: $175 per station
DACBSP Retake Exam – Candidates that attempted the initial exam before 10/7/23: $175 per station
